The remodelling of the entire interior of this large family home into a stunning Hamptons style retreat showcased Springate Renovations ability to transform what was a dated but well laid out home into a luxurious and stylish residence. Our clients came to us with the vision of renovating their family home to meet the needs of their growing family and to create a stylish retreat that they could all enjoy. Creating some separation to areas of a very large open planned living room allowed for more usable spaces and a stunning new formal lounge complete with bespoke cabinetry bookshelves, work desk nook and a stunning decorative coffered ceiling. Staining and restoration of current floors completed the new styling. Thrilled with the result and ease of the renovation our clients entrusted Springate Renovations to complete a complete exterior makeover including outdoor alfresco with outdoor kitchen, cabana, outdoor ablutions and full pool and paving restoration.

This 1980’s beach side property whilst solid in construction was in poor condition with a dated and uncared for interior. A full renovation including new flooring, contemporary kitchen, bathrooms and lighting as well as the fit out of a separate guest annex for their extended family ensured the new owners could enjoy the benefits of an as new residence as well as increasing the value of their new family home.

This lovely yet tired Californian Bungalow was extended to create a fantastic new living space for our clients. The new wing extending from the existing bungalow incorporated a stunning new kitchen, dining and living area and ensured that the character of the bungalow was maintained and enhanced whilst creating a new and light filled area for our clients to enjoy.

Whilst enjoying its leafy locale our clients Cottesloe 1950s home required a full and complete renovation to meet their growing family’s needs. Once taken back to its bare structure this home was virtually rebuilt and extended to create a stylish, contemporary and practical family home to be enjoyed by its current owners.
